Hard cotton casing

The pillow feels hard and very crisp to the touch and not comfortable. The microfibre filling is soft but overall not comfortable due to the casing. All my down pillows have very soft casings which I hoped these were the same.

My guest loved these pillows

I bought two of these pillows, one softer and one firm. My guest loved them so much, she took photos of the labels to buy some for her home. Really good quality.
