*What happens if I unsubscribe from Linen-etc's marketing emails?
If you unsubscribe from our emails, you will no longer be able to benefit from having a Plus Account, and you will no longer receive points or be able to use your discounts.
How can I see how many points I have?
To see your current amount of points, simply email or phone us and request to see your points. We will require that you give us your NAME and EMAIL so we can get back to you as soon as possible. You can also come into one of our stores to check as well.
Do I have a limited time to redeem my Discount Codes?
No. Neither your points nor discount codes will expire, no matter how long you wait to use them.
Will my points instore and online be separate?
No. Your points will be synchronized between our online store and our system instore. For example, this will allow you to gain points online, and then redeem them instore, or the other way around.
Will I lose points if I return any products after purchasing them?
Yes. Once the products are returned, their value in points will be deducted off from your account.
Can I combine points from separate accounts to gain rewards?
No. Any points gained on one account cannot be shared or given to any other account.
Can I use a Discount Code on a purchase or order of any amount?
No. The purchase/order must be at least 20€ in value to use a Discount Code.
Will the currency I use change the amount of points I gain?
Yes. The amount of points you will gain from using a different currency will depend on the exchange rate of the chosen currency to Euros. Be aware that the exchange rate is always changing, so the number of points you gain may not always be the same.
Do I gain points from the Shipping and Tax value?
Yes. The amount of points you gain depend on the total cost of the purchase/order.
Can I create a Plus Account instore?
Yes. You can create your Plus Account in both stores.
Will I gain points from products on SALE or PROMOTION?
Yes. The amount of points gained only relates to the total cost of the purchase/order.
Will I receive any type of card to use instore?
No. All you will need to do is give us your FIRST and LAST name for us to use your account instore.
