Please read below to understand your rights when making a purchase. How we handle payments, refunds and deliveries.

1 Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse our store using the menu’s on the left of the screen. Once you have found your desired item you may see the different colours available by selecting a colour from the drop down menu and watch the picture change. To add your desired items to your shopping cart select the size and/or colour required insert the quantity you need in the quantity field and then press add to cart.

You may view your cart at any time by pressing the view cart button in the shopping cart icon at the top right of any page. Here you may wish to change the quantity or remove an item. Next to this is the checkout button for when you are ready to pay.

We accept most major Credit Cards. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until it is agreed with the customer. If you do not wish to pay online, you may request payment on delivery. If this is your choice one of our staff will contact you and arrange a suitable date and time.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contact us and we will correct the mistake for you.

When confirmation of your order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

All Prices and charges are in Euros and include I.V.A. at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the Products ordered plus any agreed delivery charges as set out in the Delivery section of this Website. Payment can be by any of the methods specified in the Payment section of this Website and payment will be debited and cleared from your account as set out in the Payment section of this Website. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

2 Shipping And Handling

 We deliver to mainland Portugal via the post or the Algarve using our own fleet of vans.

Orders over €200 are shipped for free otherwise our standard delivery charge within Portugal is €5.95.

Shipping to mainland Europe and the UK is possible but we ask you contact a member of our staff to obtain a quote prior to placing your order.

We do not deliver to Africa, Asia or the Americas.

You must inform us and the courier if the goods are damaged in transit so that we can correct the problem.

You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

3 Delivery Schedule

We aim to get your order to you within 5 working days.

We deliver to mainland Portugal via the post or the Algarve using our own fleet of vans. Shipping to mainland Europe and the UK is possible but we ask you contact a member of our staff to obtain a quote prior to placing your order.

If you are a regular customer of ours you will probably know we deliver Tuesdays and Thursdays across the Algarve and will confirm a convenient time before we arrive.

If however your order is sent by post we endeavour to get it sent within 72 hrs of receiving payment for your order.

4 Back Orders

If your item is not in stock we will order it for you.

You will be contacted by a member of our staff and informed of the nearest possible delivery date.

If however time is an issue we will be able to suggest possible alternatives with the option to cancel if your needs are not met.

5 Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union delivered into Portugal. Purchases are subject to 23% IVA.

6 Credit Card Security

We use a PSP Payment Service Provider to handle our payments online. Namely Pay Pal.

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30 day no quibble guarantee. If you have any concerns or faults relating to products over 30 days please contact us by phone or email to enable us to find an amicable solution.

9 Returns Policy

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 7 working days for a full refund, including the cost of delivery. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affects your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
